Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 26 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(STA) "An Act                                                                                 
         making contracts for the preparation of election                                                                       
         ballots subject to the provisions of the state
